Cool Whip Ice Box Cake


Ingredients:
*Thin chocolate cookies "Famous Chocolate Wafers"
*Chocolate Cool Whip
*Regular Cool Whip

Step 1: Take 1 cookie and place a small dollop of chocolate Cool Whip, the place another cookie against it. Then place regular Cool Whip on that cookie and continue this pattern until you've formed a nice log shaped form.

Step 2: Place in the freezer for 20 mins. uncovered.

Step 3: Remove from freezer and cover the entire log in a layer of regular Cool Whip and place back in the freezer for 1 hr. uncovered.

Step 4: At this point you can dig in OR as I did; you can put a layer of chocolate Cool Whip on top of the regular layer and sprinkle some crushed cookies on top (which I highly recommend)

Step 4: Place in the freezer for an additional hour uncovered.

Step 5: ENJOY! When cutting the Ice Box Cake; try cutting at a 45 degree angle to really show off the different layers in the middle.
